Our Mission
BestTRT.com exists to help men make confident, informed decisions about testosterone replacement therapy and hormone health. We independently research every online TRT clinic, at-home testosterone test, and ED telehealth provider in our index — looking at pricing, pharmacy quality, prescriber credentials, lab protocols, refund policies, and real user outcomes — so you can compare options side by side without wading through marketing copy. Our goal is simple: give you the same clinical and consumer-grade information you'd get from a friend who happens to work in men's health.
Who We Are
BestTRT is run by a small editorial team of health writers, former clinic operators, and a medical reviewer board led by board-certified physicians in endocrinology and family medicine. Every clinical claim on this site is fact-checked against current guidelines from the Endocrine Society and the American Urological Association, and every provider review is updated at least quarterly to reflect new pricing, formulary changes, and shipping policies.
Editorial Standards
All content is researched against primary sources — peer-reviewed studies, FDA labels, state telemedicine regulations, and direct outreach to provider clinical teams. Every review is reviewed by a medical professional before publication, and we cite our sources. How We Make Money
BestTRT is reader-supported. When you click a link to a provider and start a plan, we may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. These commissions fund our research, but they never influence our rankings — providers we earn nothing from regularly outrank commercial partners, and we publish negative findings about partners when warranted. Our rankings are determined by a transparent scoring rubric covering price, prescriber quality, pharmacy sourcing, refund policy, and customer experience.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell testosterone, prescribe medication, or provide medical advice. BestTRT is a comparison and education site — we help you evaluate licensed providers, but the prescribing decision and ongoing care happens between you and a licensed physician at the clinic you choose. We also don't accept guest posts, paid placements, or sponsored "best of" lists.
